Shipping Information:
Local Delivery (Rogaland, Norway):
We offer complimentary personal delivery by the artist for all orders within the Rogaland area. Once your order is placed, we will contact you directly to arrange a convenient day and time for hand-delivery.
Shipping Within Europe:
We currently offer courier shipping via UPS to many countries within Europe:
Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, Poland, and Austria.
Processing: Original artwork requires special care and reinforced custom packaging. Please allow up to 7 business days for us to carefully package your artwork, secure protective materials, and process export documentation prior to dispatch.
Standard Shipping time: estimated 2–6 business days depending on the destination country.
Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to follow your package in real-time.
All original paintings arrive ready to hang in robust protective packaging and include a signed Certificate of Authenticity.
Shipping to other countries:
If you are located outside the countries listed above and would like to purchase a painting, we are happy to accommodate you! Please contact us at info@meeporina.com before placing an order. We will individually calculate custom shipping options and find the best delivery solution for your location.
Unsure About Colors or Details?
We want you to be completely confident in your purchase. Please note that original artwork colors may vary slightly depending on your screen settings and lighting.
If you have any doubts before buying, please reach out to us at info@meeporina.com. We are more than happy to provide additional high-resolution photos or a video of the painting in natural light so you can see all textures and details clearly.
Returns & Refunds:
We want you to love your new artwork. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns under the following conditions:
You must notify us of your intent to return the painting within 10 days of delivery by emailing info@meeporina.com.
The artwork must be returned in its original, undamaged condition and in protective packaging.
The customer is responsible for all return shipping fees, insurance, and any applicable customs duties/taxes incurred during the return process. We strongly recommend using a trackable courier service.
Once we receive the returned artwork and inspect its condition, a full refund for the item price will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged in Transit:
While we package every painting with extreme care, accidents during transit can happen. If your package arrives visibly damaged, please take photographs of both the outer packaging and the artwork immediately, and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@meeporina.com so we can resolve the issue promptly.
