Thank you for visiting Meeporina. Each artwork is an original oil painting created with care, and I want to ensure it reaches your collection safely.

1. Shipping Policy

Processing & Handling

  • Processing Time: All original artworks require [1–3 / 3–5] business days to be carefully packaged and prepared for shipping.

  • Packaging: Paintings are safely secured using protective layers, bubble wrap, and sturdy custom boxes/crates to prevent any damage during transit.

Domestic & International Shipping

  • Domestic Shipping: Standard shipping within [Your Country/Region, e.g., the EU / USA] usually takes [X–Y] business days.

  • International Shipping: We ship worldwide! International delivery times vary depending on the destination, typically taking [X–Y] business days.

  • Customs & Import Taxes: Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Meeporina is not responsible for delays due to customs procedures.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number so you can follow your painting’s journey.

2. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the unique and delicate nature of original oil paintings, please read the return conditions carefully:

  • Return Window: I accept returns within [14 / 30] days of delivery.

  • Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition and original packaging.

  • Return Shipping Costs: Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Note on Custom / Commissioned Art: Custom or commissioned artworks cannot be returned or refunded unless damaged upon arrival.

3. Damaged Artworks

In the rare event that your painting arrives damaged:

  1. Please contact me within [48 hours / 3 days] of delivery at hello@meeporina.com.

  2. Include photos of the damaged packaging and the artwork itself.

  3. We will work together immediately to arrange a full refund or a replacement/solution.
